D1 Grantham 1 slam West Bridgford 5-0, and overtake them to move into fourth place.
D2 Better fortune for West Bridgford 2, whose narrow win over Ashfield 2, moves them into third place. A familiar chess story line. Two pensioners try hard, but are outplayed by two talented youngsters.
D3 Radcliffe & Bingham 1 regain top spot with win over Central 1. Wins for West Nottingham 2 and Newark 2, their first of the season.
D4 Wins for West Nottingham 3 and Gambit 6.
D5 Beeston 2 and Gambit 7 fight out draw. Gambit’s lower teams are doing their club proud.
