League returnees. So far, we’ve welcomed back to League action this season amongst others Nigel Birtwistle, Jason Dilley, Alex Posazhennikov, Andrew Toothill, Glenn Halfpenny and Paul Madden after varying spells of absence. Two others to return after extended breaks from chess play are Terry Nabbs and Tony Wright, the latter after a 16 year break . Both still seem to know how to shuffle the pieces. Can any other ‘sleepers’ be tempted to return?
